Earth Spa is a wellness and relaxation center located in Kadodara, Gujarat. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our services.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
We request a minimum 3-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may reduce treatment time or result in cancellation without refund.
No-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee.
3. Payment & Pricing
Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be made before or immediately after your session.
We accept cash, UPI, and selected digital wallets.
Offers or discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
4. Health & Safety
Please inform our therapists of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a guest is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or displays inappropriate behavior.
We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for the safety of our clients and staff.
5. Personal Belongings
Please secure your valuables. Earth Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
6. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or visits will be used only for spa purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
7. Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Packages or memberships must be used within the validity period as mentioned at the time of purchase.
8. Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may be limited to certain services.
9. Changes to Terms
Earth Spa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
